Engine and Transmission Extended Warranties-
Engine and Transmission extended warranties are available for 6 months and 1 year. These warranties come at an additional cost upon request. 100% money back warranty. Limited Mechanical Parts Warranty
We expect top performance out of our parts. A 100 day warranty is placed on all mechanical parts at time of transaction. All defective parts will be replaced
All Warranties are Null and Void if:
- The vehicle is used for off-road or competitive purposes
- The part is not installed by a certified mechanic.
- Malfunction is caused by user abuse or misuse
- Failure is caused by improper towing of another vehicle
- Malfunction is due to an accident or collision
- The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
- Product is installed and operated outside of the United States.
Labor and Installation
We recommend that only a professional technician, at a certified repair facility, conducts repairs or installation. We are not responsible for injury or damages during, or as a result of, the installation of our product. Proper operation of the cooling and electrical systems must be checked during the installation of products that can be affected by those systems. Most all fluids have been drained from our products. However,You are liable for malfunctions due to not properly drained and replaced fluids, lubricants, antifreeze and filters approved by OE manufacturer. Spark plugs, thermostats, seals and all fluids are necessary maintenance replacement at the time of installation. All should be done at the manufacturers recommended service intervals.
All returns must be accompanied by the original transaction invoice. No returns after 100 days. We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to replacement. We reserve the right to use repair shop of our choosing for replacements. Glass products contain no policy. This part may have accessories that are attached, and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is solely at the responsibility of the installer. All Accessories to the part, which have been included out of installation convenience, are not covered by our warranty. The purchaser hereby understands that any liability from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or service provided. If the merchandise is defective, liability is limited to the parts replacement no higher than the cost of the product or service.
